Waiver, Release & Promise

I understand that participation in A Colorful New Chapter events is voluntary. Activities may include guided reflection, journaling, creative exercises, group discussions, and light movement.

I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to emotional discomfort, physical movement-related strain, or unforeseen injury.

I assume full responsibility for my participation and any associated risks.

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless A Colorful New Chapter, its founder, facilitators, contractors, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

A Colorful New Chapter is a creative reflection and personal growth experience.

It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or psychological services.

No facilitator, including the founder, is acting in the capacity of a licensed mental health professional during events.

If I am experiencing mental health concerns, emotional distress, or medical conditions, I understand I am responsible for seeking appropriate professional care from a licensed provider.

Participation does not establish a therapist-client, medical, or counseling relationship.

I agree to:

• Participate at my own comfort level
• Respect group confidentiality
• Take full responsibility for my emotional and physical wellbeing

I understand I may step away from any activity at any time.

I understand that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during events for promotional, marketing, educational, or archival purposes.

By attending, I grant A Colorful New Chapter and its representatives the irrevocable right and permission to:

• Capture my image, likeness, and voice
• Use such materials in marketing, social media, website content, print materials, and promotional campaigns
• Edit and publish such materials without compensation

If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I agree to notify the event organizer in writing prior to the event.

Due to the curated nature of this experience and limited seating capacity:

All ticket purchases are nonrefundable and all sales are final.

• Deposits are nonrefundable.
• Private events may be canceled up to fourteen (14) days prior to the original confirmed event date.
• Once the full balance has been paid, the event may be rescheduled to a future available date within ninety (90) days of the original confirmed event date, subject to availability.
• If the event is not rescheduled within ninety (90) days of the original confirmed event date, all monies paid are forfeited in full.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel any private event if the remaining balance is not received by the agreed payment due date.

• Schedule conflicts
• Travel issues
• Personal circumstances
• Failure to attend

Tickets or bookings may not be transferred unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Company.

In the unlikely event that the Company cancels an event for reasons other than non-payment, a credit or refund may be issued at the Company's discretion.

This agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is legally formed.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined above.
