- Booking details — when you reserve a session, your name, email, phone (if provided), and the session date/time you select.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive a confirmation that payment was successful and the last 4 digits for our records.
- Calendar information — when you book, your name, email, and any notes you add are stored by our scheduling provider (Calendly or Acuity), governed by their respective privacy policies.
- Communications — emails you send to us are stored in our inbox so we can respond.
How we use your information
- To confirm and prepare for your session.
- To send you the details of your private session page and any updates.
- To process refunds or rescheduling if needed.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics at this time.
